This exclusive cello, with its unique sound, originates from the workshop of master luthier Marco Maria Gastaldi in Cremona. The top is made of two pieces of spruce wood sourced from Val di Fiemme, aged for 27 years. The annual rings on the top are regular and gradually spread towards the edges of the instrument. Similarly, the back consists of two pieces, with the flame pattern running from the center of the instrument towards the edges. A specially crafted oil varnish based on amber gives the instrument a slightly yellow-brown hue with an antique character. The cello is crafted in the style of Giovanni Battista Rogeri.
